My Experience
As an experience support worker of 10 years, I have extensive experience surrounding providing the most individualized support services to help my participants achieve their goals and increase independence as much as possible. I also have experience of implementing personal support plans which focus on the individual’s welfare, needs, wants and interests and I having the ability to manage a challenging caseload, while staying focused on giving a high standard of care to every client. Constantly maintaining and demonstrating a positive attitude towards clients, their families, staff, visitors, and others.
